After we got home from Grandpa and Grandma Ras's it was time for us to do our Christmas Eve, as you can tell the girls were so excited for Santa to come they could harley wait!!!

Christmas Eve is always such a fun special night. This year was just as great as always, we started out the night having a huge wonderful dinner, different than usual we had the turkey, mash potato dinner instead of our usual Mexican dinner. Then we got together to tell our favorite Jesus story or some thing about Jesus birth, Sing a couple Christmas songs and Cole always plays something for us. This year I found a fun book telling about Jesus birth in the eye of a Camel it was really cute. By the end of the story telling we are all end up crying and our hearts are full, it helps set the mood for Christmas eve.

Every year we all loaded up and go and see the lights, we have been doing this tradition since I was a little girl, I love caring these traditions on to my children. Here we are all bundled up at the light park, loaded up on the trailer getting ready to see the lights!!!

Every year on Christmas Eve Day we go sleigh riding up to Grandpa Craig's house but this year there wasn't enough snow so instead we headed up to the ranch!!! It turned out to be alot of fun, the girls had the time of there life's!!!

December 22, Makenna woke up sick with the flu and was not feeling to good but she came to me that morning and told me for the first time that her tooth was loose, I was in shock and thought this is so crazy my little girl is growing up so fast. So I felt her tooth and it was loose. Later that morning my mom called an I let her know that Makenna has a loose tooth, well with in 30 min Grandma Tammy was over to get ready to pull out her tooth. She loves pulling teeth!!!

The best was how brave Makenna was she did not even scared or any thing!!

Here we go!!

In the mean time while Grandma pulls out one she realize the other one was loose too, so what does grandma do, she pulls out the other one too.. Of course Makenna just stood there and let her pull both of them out!!!

So now Makenna can sing all I want for Christmas is my two front teeth, the poor thing spent the rest of the day and night pretty dang sick.

Every year Johns mom hold her Christmas party on Dec 23, but this year she was heading out to go see Johns brother in Denver and spend Christmas with them so we had it on Dec 21. Of course the kids were way excited to go and play with there cousins and have a fun time!!!

So every year Johns mom Paula does a Nativity scene which by it self is so entertaining, so this year she went to a ton of work up grading the costumes. This year John was Joseph. Katie was the donkey, Rachel was Mary!!!

Well every year I like to write about a few fun things that they did this year. So were do I start with little Miss Sayla, first this is how stinken funny she is, this girls keeps all of us laughing specially John and I, she says and does the funniest things ever.

She loves to dance, this year she started dance and feel in love with it she ask me every day if today is the day she gets to go!!!

The girl loves to sing, she spent most of the summer singing Rolling in the deep by Adel, she knew ever word and would make us search the stations to find it.

The girl loves to wear her swimming suite, for months this year she always had a swimmen suite under neath her cloths and half the time was wear the goggles to go with it.

Of course she loves to swim and loves to be in the water.

Sayla has three nick names and if you asked her what her name is depending on her mood she would let you know if it was Ruby, or Sassy Frass , or Sayla Bailey. Then if it was Sassy Frass would tell her to through it out the window!!

Aunt Affy made up a cute rythm this summer that Sayla spent alot of the time singing for every one, it started out like Ruby, Ruby, she is such a cutie yes she is, yes she is, she has red hair and freckles every where, yes she does, yes she does, if you asked her to sing it she would, she won the baby contest in Salem singing it.

Sayla loves her Dad, she has become such a daddies little girl.

Her favorite color is pink!!!

From day one this girl has spent most of her life always having a smile on her face, Well nothing has changed she still is full of life with a huge smile on her face!!

We well me in walmart and she was just say hi to anyone, pretty friendly little girl!!!

Sayla loves to watch the Disney Channel most of all love the Mickey Mouse Cartoons and Little Einstein.

The girl loves to color, paint, play with play dough, which she well do for hours she just loves it!!!

She loves animal, she is so much like her big sister and mom, she loves to play with oakley and loves the horses, specially Jasper!!!

Makeup, loves, loves Makeup I had to get mad at her so much to tell her to stay out of my makeup, she loves to put it on!!! Loves lipsticks, just can't get enough of lipsticks.

The girl loves read books, special this animal book she can tell you every animal in it.

She knows all of her colors, can count to 10.

She is by far the best big and little sister, she can keep up with her big sister and is so sweet with her little sister, She tells me all the time how much she loves her baby sister Anistyn. It wasn't tell Sayla started calling her Annie that we all started calling her Annie.

She does not really suck her thumb any more, very rarely does she do it, some times when she goes to sleep at night she well suck on it.

She gives the best Holly-ganolly kisses, it is so cute to here her say it after she kisses your face off.

The girls loves to cook, she loves to help me cook dinner. she is such a little baker!!!

Sayla is has been talking since she was really little and caring on conversations, but now when she talks it is like she is 15 yrs old she is killing us, the girls can come up the craziest things. She is so Witty, it complete catches us off guard sometimes,

We love this little girl and could not imagine our life's with out her, she by far the most sweetest little thing ever and are so grateful for her and all she brings into our family!!!

For the past couple weeks Sayla has been telling me that she wanted Santa to come to her Birthday party, So my sweet mom hired Santa to come to her birthday party and as you can see she loved it!!!

Our little girl is 3 yrs old, We can not believe how fast time fly's. Well her special day started off, with dad bringing home breakfast from Mcdonalds, which was a huge hit with Sayla she thought it was so cool!!!

Sayla was so cute, when I went to go and pick out her decorations for her party she told me she wanted purple. So that is the color that I bought. It looked pretty dang cute!!

Anistyn Joan Larsen was blessed on Dec 11, 2011 she was 5 1/2 weeks old, this was a very special day for her, she looked so beautiful in her little white dress, her dad gave her the most precious blessing, it was just perfect!!! We had a great time with lots of family and friends came to join us!!!

My mom this year had a big Christmas party with her family, which she went all out made an amazing dinner, afterwards we all made ginger bread houses which the girls went crazy over!!

This year our neighbors up the street called and invited us to go and cut down a Christmas tree with them, which I was way excited because I grew up doing this every year when I was a kid but haven't done it since then, well it turned out to be so much fun the girls loved it and for sure going to make it a new tradition!!!

Crazy to think that 4 weeks has gone by well she is growing took her back in and she is now 7lbs 2 oz, she is doing better also she is not as fussy as she was!!! she is such a sweet little thing and I am so greatful for her!!!

Every year we go with the Davis family to see the lights this year they did right after Thanksgiving which turned out great because everyone was able to go, of course the kids had a great time, we bundle up and stayed warm, Anistyn and dad stayed in the car where she was nice and warm while rest of us road on the wagon!!!

Anistyn 3 weeks old!!!

Anistyn is 3 weeks old, during this time was kinda hard, she wasn't eating very good and I didn't know what was going on, I took her to the doctor and she only weighed 6 lbs 9 oz, they told me she was a lazy eater and I needed to try to teach her how to be a better eater, which was really hard because I wasn't use to this!!! So we started working with her and she started doing better!!!

G.G came in town and finally got to hold and meet her for the first time!!!

One afternoon we got all together and took Grandpa and Grandma christmas card for them I thought it turned out way cute!!!

We went and had Anistyns pictures taken of her when she was 2 weeks old, they turned out so amazing, Sarah Ward does amazing job, I absolutely fell in love with them, they are so sweet and I think she is so yummy in them!!! There are alot I just couldn't choose!!!

Our little sweet is now 2 weeks old and is growing it is so crazy how time passes by so fast and some times wish is would slow down, well nothing much is going on, we took Anistyn to her 2 week check up and she weighed 6 lbs and 14 oz she was back to her birth weight and she is 19.5 inches long, she now has caught back up, when she left the hospital she weighed on 6 lbs and 7 oz, so she is doing really well!!! she is starting to sleep alittle bit better with some times up to 3 hour break at night!!! We love our little girl!!!

This is all Makenna wants to do ever single day, she comes home from school and grabs her and sits on the couch and holds her, she is the best little helper!!!

Afton ended up getting sick right after I had her so she wasn't able to come and see her for over a week which was hard for both of us there is nothing better than having your sister hang out with you!!!
So peaceful!!

After a couple times in the bath and once her unbilacord fell off and she could be soaked in the water she would fall sound a sleep, she ended up just loven with her bath!!! I think she is going to fit just fine in this family as long as she loves the water!!!

It was so nice to come home from the hospital and just hang out as a family the girls could not get enough of there new baby sister, either could mom she was so sweet, I told John a couple days after having her I would totally take another little girl again their is something so special about them!!!

Anistyn"s birth story!!!!

I know I am way behind on posting but I have to post in order!!! This is going to be kinda long because I need to write about Anistyn's special day!!! It all started on a Wednesday Nov 2, 2011 it was a very busy day I was out running a whole bunch of arrons, for the past week I have been having alot of contractions and not feeling to good but what do you expect at the end of your pregnancy, so that day was the same with lots of contractions. After getting done with running all the arron's, got home and went picked up Makenna from the bus stop on my way over there I ended up peeing my pants and could figure out what just happened!! So I came home changed my cloths and took Makenna to dance. We dropped her off and Sayla and I headed to walmart to get a few things while Makenna was at dance, while I was there the same thing happened I peed my pants again not as bad but I did so we left and got back in the car and went and picked up makenna from dance went home changed by clothes again, and then like 20 mins later the same thing again, now was so frustrated I was running out of clothes, so now I was going to empty my bladder and make sure this was not going to happened again. So I go and empty my bladder and get up from the toilet when I do even more water comes out and I am having a more intense contraction and it finally hits me that water had broke. So I go and grab the phone try calling John to let him know but of course he not answering, so I text him and no answer so then I call my dad to see if he could meet me at the hospital to take the girls, and of course he said no I am coming to get you so I get in the shower and get ready, get the girls together and my dad shows up and we head to the hospital in the mean time I have been calling and calling John and he is not answering so half way there he finally answers and I let him know what is going on and he is on his way to meet me!!!

We arrive to the hospital around 6:30, My dad and mom took the girls to get something to eat and John and I went to get checked in, it took alittle while for us to get all settle in once we did it went just smooth as could be, I arrived to the hospital I was a 4 and 95% effaced, so ready to go, the nurses where great, got my IV and epideral I felt great, my heart was doing good and ready to have a baby, it was really nice because my mom and dad had the girls took them to get something to eat and then they came up and hung out with John and I, they played games and Makenna and Sayla thought it was pretty cool, Afton was there to, too help out!!!

Around 11 pm I was complete ready to start pushing, so everyone left, the doctor came and and got everything ready, two contractions later and @ 11:26 I had the most perfect and beautiful thing in my arms, my little girl!!! There is nothing better than holding your little baby for the first time!!! she came out screaming and did not stop for alittle while!!!
She weighed 6 lbs and 14 oz, a healthy little girl!!!!
We were in shock when she came out with dark brown hair!!! We were excite to have one with each color!!!

So about 35 mins later we let the girls in to meet Anistyn, of course Makenna was in heaven and all she wanted to do was to hold her, little miss sayla didn't know what to think and first she wanted to kiss her and tell she loved her but didn't really want to hold her. Family of 5 now!!!

For the past weeks all Makenna wanted to do was to bath the baby and we didn't know if she would be able to, so makenna asked the nurse if she could bath Anistyn and the nurse said sure, she went and got all the stuff and bathed Anistyn right there in the room and Makenna was able to help her out and was so excited!!!

Makenna loved every minute of it, I was so happy for her and thankful that the nurse went out of her way to make it happened!!!

Snow Fun!!!

On Nov 1, we had our first really snow storm and the kids were so excited to go and play in it so, John went and got out the snow clothes and we got them dressed and they went out and started playing in it, right away they started building a snowman!!! It was pretty dang funny to watch them build them!!! They did a pretty dang good job!!!

The girls were so excited to go Trick Or Treating, it turned out to be a wonderful night the weather was perfect and the kids were so excited!! They of course had a great time and got lots of candy!!! Of course Sayla had to take 2 buckets and she got double the candy because of it, it was pretty funny!!!

Halloween day was alot of fun!! The girls waked up and were so excited, we got them both ready and dressed up in there costumes, We headed out to see grandma"s and then took Makenna to school!!! They invited all parents and Grandparents to come to the school to see your kids, So John and I and Grandma Darling all came to watch Makenna in her Parade, It was alot of fun to watch her walk by!!! It was so cute Sayla got all excited and took off after her and gave her a huge hug and about knocked Makenna over!!! It was pretty dang cute!!!

I have to say this is by far one of my favorite things to do around Halloween carve pumpkins and this year was so much fun, Cute Makenna picked out the picture she wanted and then taped it on and started poking the little wholes in to the pumpkin she did such a great job. We had such a great time, I love hanging out with my cute little Family!!!

The end product looked pretty dang good, I helped the girls while Dad carved his own!!! Of course we have to pull some funny faces!!!

The girls had a great time, specially cleaning out the inside of the pumpkins, Cute Sayla did know what to think about it!!!

Every year my mom holds a big Halloween party and every one comes dressed up but this year, My dad had Emergency back surgery 3 days before Halloween so she was not able to hold the party so I decided to have the family over so we could still see every ones Halloween costumes and let the cousins have a good time!! So here are all the Grand kids all dressed up in there costumes!!!

We had a great time playing games and hanging out as a family, Grandpa still came and hung out with every one!!!

The end of the night we decorated sugar cookies and of course Grandpa ate them all!!!

Every year I usually go and get the girls pics taken in there Halloween pics but this year I didn't have time so I just went out back and took there pics my self and think they turned out pretty dang cute of the girls!!! Makenna looked so stinken cute this year and also she loved to wear her mask!!!

This year John and I had a hard time figuring up what to be for Halloween it is really hard to pick something out when you are 9 months pregnant so the day of the Halloween party, I came up with the idea to paint my belly as a pumpkin and John ended up being Justin Timberlake off of Saturday night live show (it was alittle inappropriate so I am not going to mention it) but it was hilarious!!! So here is John and dressed up!!! I thought her looked pretty dang good!!!

Every year Aunt Lyndsey puts on a Halloween Party and goes all out with, games, food and lots of fun activity's for the kids, of course the girls look forward every year to going to Aunt Lyndsey Halloween Party, Makenna this year is a mascaraed princess, and Sayla is a fairy princess, they were so excited to wear there costumes!!!

This was alot of fun to watch the kids eat there donuts with out their hand, Makenna and Sayla did a really good job, it was fun to watch sayla be all big and try to do it with out her hands, She is growing up so dang fast!!!

Then Grandma Karen brought a pinnada for the kids to do and the girls had alot of fun trying to brake it open!!!

I haven't taken any pregnant shots of my self through out this entire pregnancy so about two weeks before I had the baby we took a couple pics of me and the girls. So here I am nice and big ready to pop any day!!!

I never wrote much about my pregnancy but a few things I want to remember is how sweet makenna was every day she came in to my bedroom and would ask me how I was feeling, she always rubbed by belly, she loved to fell Anistyn kick!! She was very in tune with what was going on!!!

Now little miss say say was the same way but she would come in and ask about the baby, she was very excited for it to be alittle girls, she always kissed my belly and would asked when it was going to come out, she could harley wait for it!!!

The Big Red Barn!!!!

Every year we go to The Big Red Barn ride the wagon and pick out a pumpkins then after wards we go get ice cream and eat some yummy food, well this year was alot of fun the girls loved it, most of all they love all the fun stuff that is around the pumpkin patch!!

They love playing in the maze, one time we lost Sayla in there and John and Makenna had to go find her!!! I am so grateful for these fun little girls they make me so happy and I love watching them have fun!!!

Grandma Karen and Grandpa Craig put together and wagon ride to a pumpkin patch it turned out to be alot of fun the kids had the time of there lives, they loved riding in the wagon and most of all picking out the big pumpkins they ended up getting a few of them!!! We are so very blessed to have a Temple getting built less than a block from our house so we thought it would be really neat to go and take before picture and after picture of the Temple!!! The best is the after picture well have one more member to the family since I am about 6 weeks to my due date!!!

My Favorite Place ever!!!

I always love going to Lake Powell but my favorite time of the year is defiantly the fall this year we headed down during the middle of September and it was beautiful, the weather was sometimes a little crazy but mostly it was wonderful the kids were amazing and the water was so warm!!! We had the best beach ever, the kids could just play and never have to worry about getting in stickers in there feet!!! Big bomb fires morning and night and we had a great time together!!! I just headed down with the girls John had to work so Me and the girls headed down with my parent and sister and had a great time!!!

Of course you can tell the kids spent most of the days playing in the sand and swimming, and going on lots of hikes we had some really cool rock formations right behind us that they like to hike on!!

Part of the funnest part of going to Lake Powell is the people you go with every year we get to go with the Bennet family and we have the time of our lives hanging out talking, Laughing and just enjoying each other!!! These kids had the time of there lives tubing all of over Lake Powell that is one thing about going in the fall having the Lake to your self and it was glass for two days straight!!! These kids could not get enough of it!!! So stinken cute!!

As you can see she got up for just a second and them she would lean to her right side and fall over but it was a good start!!! She did really well and we were all so proud of her!!

This year Makenna was an amazing soccer player!!! She did so well, as you can't tell she is very aggressive it was pretty fun to watch her get in there and fight for the ball, she is becoming more and more coordinated!!!

Labor Day Weekend!!!

Labor Day weekend we all headed up to Scolfield to the cabin and spent the weekend up there it ended up being great weather and kids love playing with there cousins!!! On Saturday afternoon Uncle Cole got this great Idea to head down to the lake and take the kids Crawdad fishing, like we use to do when we were kids so we all loaded up and headed down to the lake and ended up having the time of our lives catching crawdads!!!
Grandma and Makenna were getting right into it right off the bat!!!

Makenna loved to touch them and Carrie them for everyone!!!

As you can see no fear!!! Makenna was loving it!! The best thing was as soon as we but the bait in the water we would have one on it that fast so the kids were going crazy!!

The best grandma ever!!! She is defiantly one of a kind!!!

Makenna and Hannah, these girls are the best of friends!! I love watching them play together!!!At the end of the night we had catched a total of 35 crawdads, we had a great time. All Makenna is talking about is when we are going to go again!!! She is hooked on crawdad fishing!!!

So this girl makes me laugh so hard, if you can't tell by the pictures but she is hilarious, she had to wear her Dora pajamas with her cowboy boots and then when we were hiking down to the doc she found this stick and spent most of the time marching up and down the doc checking out the crawdads in the bucket!!! Then when I want to take picture of her she just starts making faces and striking poses!!! I just love her so stinken much!!!

At the end of then night we headed back to cabin and boiled all of them in a big old Jumblie dish that Laura Cole's girl friend had made up, (she is from Louisiana) it turned out to be pretty dang good the kids and adults ate every single one nothing went to waste!!! What a good time!!

Yes we have a dang cute cheerleader in our house!!! Every year the Payson High School cheerleaders put on a cheer camp for one week and then they get to cheer and perform at the High School Football game and then be in the Onion Days parade which is payson parade. Makenna did this last year and loved it talked about doing again all summer well it is time and she is ready to cheer. Makenna did such a great job and loved every minute of it!!!

Yes Miss little Sayla started DANCE, She has been waiting for this day for a very long time, She has been watching her big sister dance for so long now it is finally her turn, She did so very well and was so excited if you can't tell!!! She has been wearing her dance cloths for a good week before it was time to go, and Makenna takes dance on Monday and Sayla takes and Tuesday so when I took Makenna that following Monday she thought it was her turn and just cried and cried, when it wasn't her turn. She is stinken funny!!!

Yes my little girl is going to kinder garden, she has been so excited to go she has been talking about it for weeks and the day has come, Of course she picked out the outfit she wanted to wear and was already that morning!!!

Makenna and her teacher Mrs. Mcfarlen, Makenna really likes her and I have enjoyed her being Makenna's teacher!!

She of course went and hung up her back pack and was ready to go!!! She came home that day and loved every minute of school so far she has loved it and is learning so much, her favorite things is going to book computer lab, art room!!! I went to parent teacher conference and Mrs. Mcfarlen said she is doing great. Makenna gets to ride the bus to school and loves it. If I have to pick her up or we miss the bus it is like punishment to her, but it is so crazy to see her get off the big yellow bus!!!

By far one of our favorite places is hanging out at the ranch, it so nice and peaceful up there we have such a great time, so at the ended of the month of August we invited the Bennet family to come and spend the day hanging out and swimming and have a big barbecue it turned out to be so nice the kids had a great time!! We love to spend time with the Bennet family it always turns out to be such a great time!!

Cole bear brought up all of his scuba gear and took every one diving, they all loved it!!! If you can tell Makenna is getting so big she now just takes off in the kayak's and maneuvers around the pond!!!

Yes little Miss Sayla is riding a bike, This girl is growing up way to fast, She thinks she needs to be like her big sister since her big sister rides a bike so can she, so John got out Makenna's old bike and out training wheels on it, we didn't think her feet would reach the pedals but with the right shoes they sure do and next minute she took off down the road it was funny John took off after her on Makenna's scooter!!!

This year I put little Miss Sayla in the baby contest in Salem and Yes she won the biggest flirt, It was pretty dang funny!! Of course she performed for all of the judges sing her "Ruby Song" That her Aunt affy made up, She sang every single word just perfect!!! She is defiantly a little performer!!!

Bryce Canyon!!!

The last weekend in July we headed down to Bryce Canyon with Grandpa and Grandma Larsen, it was a fast trip but it turned out to be wonderful the girls of course had the time of there lifes swimming, four wheeling and hiking!!! I hadn't been to Bryce Canyon in almost ten years and forgot about how breath taking it is, it is so beautiful their!!!
Kenna of course does a great canyon ball!!! It as so crazy being there sometimes I thought I was in a totally different country we were the only Americans there and of course they could not get over by cute girls and how well they swim and love the water!!!

Sayla of course trying to do a cannon ball like her big sister!!! While we were there going to dinner and being around everyone, we had person after person coming up to us and loving Sayla and her red hair. I felt like most of the time walking around with a celebrity!!! It was so funny It was like they must not have red heads in Europe!!

The next day we all loaded up the four wheelers and the cannam and headed up some four wheeler trails and playing, it was amazing and beautiful!!! Crazy to think that all of this just a couple hours from our house!!!

It was so nice to be able to fit all in one and take off together!!! The best part about the Cannam is it has seat belts for all of us!!! I fell so safe riding in it!!

That afternoon after getting down riding four wheeler, we all headed up to the National Park and walked around it!!! I can say is it was beautiful!!! This is a funny family picture but it was the best we could get!!

Fiesta Days Parade

This year was Makenna's first time in the Fiesta Days parade, she was so excited she couldn't wait, it turned out to be quite the event everyone from both side of the family ended up coming and hanging out and watching her in the parade!!!
After the Parade was over we headed over to a booth and let the girls get there faces painted, it turned out pretty dang cute!!!

Over the 24Th of July we were able to hit the lake and have a good time, Of course we spent most of the time tubing around the lake which what the girls love to do. It turned out to be a great day!!! The girls are getting really daring they started doing tricks and having Grandma go faster and faster!!!

Spanish Fork Rodeo

My two little cowgirls, every year we always get tickets and head to the Spanish Fork rodeo of course I always have to have my little girls all dressed up and looking stinken cute ready to go to the rodeo!!!

This year Makenna wanted to ride a sheep in the rodeo, she was so excited he have headed down to Grandpa Ras house and practice on jasper and she was ready to go, she ended up getting the 2 spot out of 25 kids, Moms favorite number!!! she was happy!!!

The rest of the time we had a great time at the Rodeo with everyone, The kids were great and the rodeo as pretty dang good this year!!!

Rasmussen Family Reunion

About ever Year we have a Family reunion down in Fairview, were we go down for about three days, hang out with all of our cousins and play games swim and enjoy being with our family that we never get to see, This year turned out to be alot of fun we had a great time!!! Off course every night we had our own movie theater right out our door, Cole set his projector up every night and we layed out all of the air mattress and spent the rest of the night watching movies it was alot of fun the kids had a blast!!!

The days were spent playing games and hanging out with family, but we had great time playing water balloon volley ball, the girls loved it, by the end it just turned out to be a huge water balloon fight but the kids had a great time!!!

This year was the first year that we hit the Manti pool where there was a nice pool, we ended up going there 2 days in a row the girls were in heaven!!!

They loved going down the slide and of course playing with all of there cousins!! We had a great time it turned out to be alot of fun!!!

Lava Hot Springs

This is our second time to be able to go to Lava Hot springs and it was so much fun. This has turned out to be one of our favorite vacations that we get to take!!! The kids love it and so do we. Running the river it by far the funnest most exciting thing to do while we are there, this year the water level was really high, so tried to be extra careful. This is a picture of John, Chance, Sarah and Makenna and Sayla taken there first run down the river. This is by far the most dangerous spot where there is a pretty big drop off!!!

Here they go!!! You have to stay to the left if not the tube well tip!!!

They made it!!! This year the water was freezing cold, but the girls were still having fun!!

Look how stinken cute the girls are having so much fun, Makenna spent most of the day running the river over and over and over with all of us!!!

The crazy part is getting every one back up the river and loading all the tubes!!!

We spend one day at the river and another day at the water park, so the first day we headed straight to the water park and the girls love it so much, Well the whole time we were there Makenna wanted to go jump off the platform's, I was a little nervous about this and the best part is you have to sign a waver to be able to jump, well after lots of her begging we finally gave in so here she is in her Yellow bi kine getting ready to jump with her dad, I was watching taken pictures of the whole thing!!!

Here she is flying through the air, John jumped before her and then she went. I was so proud of her!!!

The rest of the time she spent jumping of the high dive, I can't even tell you how many times she jumped off the high dive over and over!!

We have a great time hanging out at the cabin, playing games with the Bennet family, the boys always gets a great game of horse shoes going and the kids have so much fun playing with every one!!!

The Hot Pots are amazing, this year we decided to take the little one with us and did they have so much fun swimming around in these huge hot pots? Yes they loved it specially after a long day at the swimming pool!!!

We had a great time at the Lave Hot Springs thanks too the Bennet family for letting us go!!!

We have had such a wonderful Summer, playing and swimming and being out of town that we spent the 4Th of July home together it was so nice to just relax, and hit the lake one day and then other days playing around the house with the Kiddos of course kids love fire works so we bought a little package and lighten them up in our back yard the kids were loven it!!!!

Sparklers the kids had a great time with the sparklers!!! Sayla was pretty dang good and made sure she didn't get burned!!! We had a great time!!! I love being with mt cute little family!!!

Of course this year Bear Lake was the best!!! The weather was great and most of all my girls were so good they are at the perfect age right now they had so much fun playing with all of there cousins!!! This year the water table was really high so we did not have much of a beach but the kids still had a fun time playing in the sand and building there castles!!! Of course Sayla thinks she is 2 going on 10, she could not get enough of the diving board she loved jumping off the diving board the best is she was entertaining the whole pool by jumping of the diving board I had every one coming up to me asking me how old she was, she makes us laugh!!!

Of course one of most important things we do at Bear Lake is craft time!!! The girls love to do the crafts. This year it was fun because Sayla was able to do one too, Makenna and Sayla painting there crafts!!!

Lake Powell

This year we went to Lake Powell the third weekend in June, we were alittle worried the weather this spring had not been the best, but it all turned out pretty good we went down for 5 days and we really only had one really bad day of weather. We had a great time the kids had the time of there life playing in the water, tubing, swimming and playing with there friends.

The first day we were there Makenna wanted to try to ski by her self so luckily the Bennets had little ski's for the kids she gave it a couple good shots did pretty good as you see she got up for just a second and then feel over!!!

Here she is up for just a moment!!! I was really proud of her she is such a little dare devil!!!

Sayla is such a funny little girls she found this bow up horsey and feel in love with it she carried it with her every where, so when we asked if she wanted to go tubing she of course wanted to take it with her, so here she is with her horsey on the tube getting ready for a ride!!!

Hold on looks alittle bumpy, the best thing is that my girls love to tube we can do it all day long and they never get tired of it!!!

One of the best thing about Lake Powell is every time you get on the boat it buts the kids to sleep, so Sayla would just fall to sleep, she ended up taking a few naps a day while we were there it was so nice!!! She is so dang cute when she sleeps!!!

Here are the little fishermen, John and Makenna had so much fun catching fish off the back of the house boat they ended up catching 4 different kinds and Makenna was having a blast and John was in heaven that his little girl was loven fishen!!! This was one of there first catch!!! Makenna was so happy!!Makenna with her stripper and John with his wide mouth bass!!!

Makenna was really proud of the stripper, we ended up eating it for dinner and it was way good!!!

All of us loaded up to hit the water tubing, we had more fun on this tube than anything else, the kids had a blast!!!

The last day we were there the weather of course was the best day it was hot, so we headed up Mokea Canyon and hung out had lunch, lounged around swam and just chilled, it turned out to be so much fun!!! Here is Cole and John chillen on the tube!!!

Here is cute Sayla, while we were there Sayla fell in love with the song rolling in the deep, she about drove us crazy she made us play it over and over and she would just burst out and sing it over and over, it made all of us laugh so hard!!!

Of course we spent a ton of time playing in the sand and building castle the kids love this specially Sayla she could do this for hours!!! The crazy thing about this year was the water level by the end of the trip this beach that we are sitting on was gone under neath the water, through the five days we were there we lost 60 feet of beach we moved all of our tents 3 times it was so crazy!!! So it made it alittle different than usual but of course it is Lake Powell and we love to go.

This spring Puff ball had two baby kittens which turned out to be pretty fun, one white kitty and orange kitten, the girls have had more fun playing with these poor little kittens than anything, they loved to play house, rap them up in little blankets!! Taken them with them every where!!! Of course Makenna was just as sweet as could be but then there was Sayla that loved to play with them to but just had to be watched all the time it was pretty funny I was amazed that they made it through those first couple weeks!!!

Memorial Weekend

Memorial weekend we spent at the cabin in Scolfield it turned out to be an OK weekend with the weather, the kids had a ball riding the four wheeler and horseback riding playing with each other, and watching lots of movies and playing games of settlers!!! We had a wonderful time being together!!!

On Sunday we head up to the cemetery where Grandma Mac was buried and visited her grave it was really nice to be all together and take some pictures of us in front of her gave!!!

After wards we were heading to church but was alittle earlie so we headed down in to the town of scolfield and played around. We let the kids play in the Jail and run around they had alot of fun!!

Makenna's Preschool Graduation!!!

This is Makenna last year of preschool and she has loved every minute of it, she has loved going to school!! The little boy next to her is Zane and he is Makenna good little friend they have a great time together and have gone to preschool for two years together!!!

This is Miss Amy, Makenna's preschool teacher she has been wonderful I am so grateful for her she has taught Makenna so much!!

This is Miss Bottely and she brings in all of these exotic animals. This is by far Makenna favorite part of preschool she loves all of the animals and anything else she brings in!!

Swazye Mountains

This year we ended up going to the swazye mountains to go and look at wild horses!!! This has become one of the girls favorite things to do, we were able to go last year and now we have been able to go this year!! We go and camp for three days and the kids have so much fun exploring, riding horses and four wheelers shooting the guns and just playing in the dirt!!! We are so lucky to have two little cowgirls because they are defiantly becoming to be one!! They both love to ride!!!

Karen and Craig ended up coming this year with us and brought there four wheelers it was so nice because the kids just went crazy riding them all the time and when the boys were gone during the day we had something to do!! At the bottom of the picture Grandpa Craig took Sayla for a ride and she came back sound asleep, she is such a funny little girl!!

We love to shoot guns when we head out and go camping so of course the girls are now getting into it they had a great time shooting the guns, and so did every one else!!!

We had such a great time this year, hopefully this well become a tradition that we go every year, the kids and all of us had a great time!!!

Well for Sam's birthday we headed over to the Provo Beach resort the kids had a great time!!! They had fun pretending they could surf!!

In the end of April and the beginning of May, John and I took a Vacation and went to Cancoon with a group of friends it was so much fun we had the best time ever just hanging out by the pool and drinking pinacloda's all day long it was a nice break from the really world!!! This is all of us right before we went to dinner that night!!! We stayed in a nice resort that had different restaurants to go eat at every night!!! They all turned out to be pretty good!!!!!

This year Makenna played spring soccer and she did so great!!! As the season continued Makenna got better and better, she would get in there and take the ball over!!! Makenna did really well she would make drives down the field and try to score a goalie!!! As a mom I loved watching her play!!! Also it is so funny to watch all of the other kids too, it can keep you laughing!!!

Easter Sunday was so much fun we got the girls ready for church and they looked so stinken cute!!! I loven how pretty they both looked!! Of course Makenna is getting so big and she is a great poser in front of the camera, I tell her I am taken your picture and she strikes a pose I love it!!!

Easter Morning!!! This year the kids were spoiled by the Easter bunny!!! They must have been really good!!! Easter morning is always so fun the kids were so cute this year they came in and woak John and I up and then john I get up and get ready for them lucky it is around 9:00 in the morning so not to earlie!! Well the girls walked out and were way excited!!

Easter parties!!!

Easter is always such a fun time of year, this year Easter came so late in the spring and the girls have been waiting die Easter eggs, and have been talking about the Easter Bunny's for so long!!! Well Easter this year was so much fun!!! The kids had such great time Die Easter Eggs!!!

Makenna was a pro at dieing Easter Eggs!!!

Every year Grandma Paula holds a Easter Egg hunt and the kids love it!!! The kids had such a great time finding the eggs. This was the first Easter egg hunt of the many but I loved it because Sayla was on it she was loven finding the eggs!!! Makenna and Sayla got so many eggs. They were in heaven!!!

Grandma Ras's was after Grandma Paula's it started out with a big Easter dinner then followed with Dieing Easter Eggs!!! Of course every one has to least die one egg!!! The kids of coursed stripped there clothes off so they wouldn't get dirty and they had so much fun!!! Makenna and Sayla were having so much dieing Easter eggs, they were going to town on them!!!

Then after dieing Easter eggs we had to make sugar cookies, Grandma Tammy always has lots of fun things for the kids to do!!! All of these kids love to bake with Grandma Tammy so they were in heaven making sugar cookies with her!!!

Then it was finally time for the Easter egg hunt, the kids had such a great time searching for Easter eggs!!! They were able to find all the eggs even know it as getting dark!!! The kids had a such a fun day!!!

Capital Reef National Park

For spring break this year we went to Capital Reef with John's family, It turned out to be one of our favorite trips we have taken. John say's it is now his favorite National Park!!! We loved Capital Reef!!! The first night was cold and but the weather only got better and better as the days went on we stayed there for three night in a little cabin, we had camp fires morning and night and had a great time!!! The best part about it was the kids were pretty dang good, Makenna is becoming to be a good little hiker!!! We had a great time!!

Fun Day at the Zoo!!!!

Back in March we all decided on a nice day to head to the Zoo, Which it turned out to be a really alot of fun, The kids ran around and had a ball, they were just enjoying being out side!!! It was so enjoyable the animals were all out and playing around!!!

The kids had so much fun playing on the Merry-go- around, they were all swing and hanging off and being silly, it is so hard some times to realize how old your little kids are getting!! They had such a fun day playing with there cousins, I am so lucky to have such wonderful sister in law!!!

By the end of the day the kids were tired and had a blast!!! What great memories of the Zoo!!!
